As a withholding agent, I collect the fees on your behalf, withhold and pay the taxes due on the bookings directly to the government. You'll receive the net profit and a tax certificate ready for your tax return.
You'll receive a single summary transfer between the 25th and 28th of the month following your reservation checkout. This payment will include the total net rent collected, minus our commissions and any taxes already withheld on your behalf.
