Check-in is available from 3:00 PM onwards, with guaranteed assistance from a member of our staff. All our accommodations are equipped with self-check-in facilities.
To ensure fair treatment for the next guests and respect the work of our cleaning staff, the latest check-out time is by 10:00 AM.

As a withholding agent, I collect the fees on your behalf, withhold and pay the taxes due on the bookings directly to the government. You'll receive the net profit and a tax certificate ready for your tax return.
You'll receive a single summary transfer between the 25th and 28th of the month following your reservation checkout. This payment will include the total net rent collected, minus our commissions and any taxes already withheld on your behalf.
